Director of Housing and Residence Life
This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership and overall direction for Housing and Residence Life through management of residence facilities, programs and processes to intentionally create safe, comfortable and educationally purposeful environments focused on student learning and development.
MaryAnn Matzke is the Director of Housing and Residence Life. She received a B.A. in Communication from Aquinas College and a M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education with an emphasis in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University. She has previously held Residence Life positions at Niagara University, Valparaiso University, and Aquinas College.

Assistant Director of Housing & Residence Life
The Assistant Directory of Housing (AD) oversees many aspects of Housing and Residence Life including occupancy management, room access, housing card support, billing, supervising Conference Assistants, communication, and serves as a resource for student questions and concerns. The AD coordinates and participates in departmental initiatives including but not limited to, recruitment and training, programming, housing operations, and conduct. The AD oversees and resides in Panther Ridge and has an on-campus office in the Center for Campus Life. The AD also participates in an on-call duty rotation for after-hour crisis response on campus.
Residence Life Coordinators
Primary responsibilities of the Residence Life Coordinators include supervision of undergraduate resident assistant staff, student interaction and community development, coordination of housing judicial process, hall administrative functions, and collaboration with other University staff to assist students with a variety of programs and services.
Rebecca Bartels is the Residence Life Coordinator for South Hall. She received her B.A.in English and History from Bradley University and her M.S. in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University.

Corey Miller is the Housing Coordinator for Davenport University. Corey received his B.A. in English, Philosophy, and History from Grand Valley State University, and acquired his M.S. in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University.
